Animal Fortune Telling

Yesterday, I posted on TikTok about animal fortune-telling, which used to be popular in Japan, and received quite a few questions, so I decided to write a blog about it as well.
I found an English version of an animal fortune-telling site, so you can check it out here.
It was quite popular among girls when I was in elementary school.
I pretended I wasn't interested in animal fortune-telling at all and secretly looked up what animal the girl I liked at the time was haha
I don't believe in fortune-telling now, but I do believe that the words carry a spiritual force that can alter reality. (Kotodama / 言霊)
So I only tell my friends and others about good fortune-telling results and put them into words.
I try to forget the bad results right then and there.
