【Instruction】

HOT

1. Remove the bead bag from the cover and heat only the bead bag in the microwave for the specified heating time.
2. Never heat the cover, scented sachet, or plastic bag in the microwave.
3. After heating, put the warm bead bag inside the sheep's body pocket and use it. 
4.  Heating time: 500w-30secs / 600w- 20secs

COOL

1. Remove the bead bag from the cover and chill only the bead bag in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
2. Do not put the cover, scent bag, or plastic bag in the freezer.
3. Set the chilled bead bag on the cover and use it.

【How to wash the cover】

When washing, remove the bead bag from the cover, wash it gently with water or lukewarm water, reshape it, and dry it in a well-ventilated shade.

(NOTE: BEAD BAGS CAN NOT BE WASHED)

【Precautions for Use】

• Do not use bleach or a dryer.
• Please note that dark colors may transfer color if rubbed while wet.
• The estimated usage time is about 10 to 15 minutes for both hot and cold. *It depends on the outside temperature and usage conditions.
• Do not use it continuously. Please use it at intervals of 2 hours or more with a limit of 5 times a day.
• The beads inside are not edible.
• Do not use it if the fabric is torn or the contents come out.
• Do not give a strong impact on the product or throw it. It may be damaged.

[HOT]

• Thoroughly wipe off dirt inside the microwave oven and where it will be placed.
• Do not heat with an output exceeding 600w.
• Do not leave the microwave oven unattended during heating.
• After heating, the product will be hot, so be careful not to burn yourself.
• To prevent low-temperature burns, please change the position at regular intervals so as not to keep touching the same part of the body.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
